Hirshfield’s stores are open to our customers.

Safety is our first priority and we have specific protocols in place for your health and well-being and for the safety of our employees.
Store Occupancy:

CONTRACTORS/PRO ACCOUNTS: We are limiting store entrance to 1 (one) member from your company at any one time.

HOMEOWNERS/RETAIL: We are limiting store entrance to 2 (two) shopping members from your family at any one time.

All stores have a maximum occupancy number. When that number is reached we will ask customers to wait their turn outside the store.

Safety Procedures:
As of July 25, 2020, per the Governor’s Executive Order 20-81, people in Minnesota are required to wear a face covering in all public indoor spaces and businesses. 

Social distancing of 6 feet or more required.
Hand Sanitizer stations available for customers.
Face masks required in Minnesota and recommended elsewhere.  If you need a mask, Hirshfield’s will provide one.
Plexiglass shields installed at service counters.
Paint Color Centers/Chip Racks.  For the safety of you and other customers we have guidelines in place for the safe handling of color swatches.  Please see signage in store.
Gloves provided for viewing wallpaper and window treatment sample books. Designated area for return of sample books until properly disinfected.

Hirshfield’s has a regular cleaning and disinfecting schedule in place.

Online ordering and curbside pick up always available.

Placing Orders – Homeowners:

You may place orders for paints and supplies while in the store and wait while order is being processed. We may ask you to wait outside the store if we reach occupancy capacity.

We strongly encourage you to use our online ordering site shop.hirshfields.com and utilize Hirshfield’s curbside pick up or doorstep delivery.

Placing Orders – Contractors:

You may place orders while in the store and wait while order is being processed. We may ask you to wait outside the store if we reach occupancy capacity.

We strongly encourage ordering online, by email or by phone. And, if at all possible, utilize curbside pick up or job-site/shop delivery.

If you can, please use one of the following options to place orders:

1. Email to store or or your sales rep (this is preferable option as we anticipate store phone lines will be busy);
2. Phone to store or to your sales rep;
3. Text to your rep or store manager;
4. Or sign up for Hirshfield’s Contractor Online Ordering Portal: send email to shop@hirshfields.icebergwebdesign.com and include your Hirshfield’s Account Number, Account Name and your email address. You will receive a return email within 12 hours to create your online account.

Order Fulfillment

Will call/pick up at curbside: please call the store when you arrive and we will bring the product to your vehicle. If you’re coming in for your order, please observe our safety protocols.

Deliveries will continue. Let us know if your shop or job site has restrictions.

To help us provide the best possible service please plan accordingly and place your orders in advance to minimize any delays for you or your crew.

CUSTOM MATCHING SERVICES Hirshfield’s stores are accepting requests for Custom Matching of stains, paint color, etc. Safety procedures apply. Provide as much information as possible when submitting custom matches and allow store sufficient time to meet your request.
